View Failed Export to PDF Report
After the Export to PDF job completes, if the export of any selected document fails, the system generates a Failed Export to PDF Report. This report lists the documents that failed to export and provides the reason for each failure.
The Failed Export to PDF Report contains a summary and details about any export failures. This report displays the following tabs.

Export to PDF Report Analyze contains information about the report and Export to PDF job filter conditions.

Export to PDF Report Summary shows summary information about the error messages that caused the failure and how often the error occurred.

Export to PDF Report Detail describes each document that failed to export, including the document number, file type, file name, file size, reason for failure, and generated date.
Perform the following procedure to view the report.
- You can view the Failed Export to PDF Report details in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect or Review.
To view in the Jobs Overview page, perform the following steps
In the Main Menu, select Overview.
Click Jobs Overview.
In the jobs list, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Export to PDF
To view in Inspect or Review, perform the following steps.
In the Main Menu, select Review or Analyze>Inspect.
Click Jobs.
In the JOBS page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Export to PDF

The Export to PDF job displays 100% when it is complete.

If any documents failed to export, the job page displays a Report job above the Export to PDF job, where both lines display the same Job Name.

To view the Failed Export to PDF Report, in the Report job, click Download

When the XLSX file appears at the bottom of the page, select it to view the report in Excel. Alternatively, you can access the file in your Windows Downloads folder.
